Donna K. Quach
Veteran, President and Founder
She is an Army Medical Veteran and comes from a military family that has served in all branches of the Armed Forces.
Donna is the founder of You Matter Charity Organization and is an activist for mental health care and prevention, veteran rehabilitation and animal rights. Her vision with You Matter movement is to educate the community about suicide awareness and bullying prevention, mainly due to an alarming rate of our nation’s epidemic, tragic deaths of celebrities to the massive school shootings. She is passionate about working together to change the culture, and destigmatize mental health; while allowing people to talk about their own challenges, and seek help.
Dr. Abram Milton
Doctor in Clinical Psychology, Board Secretary
Dr. Milton also continues his research on Sleep Paralysis as a member of Social Psychiatry Research Unit at the University of California – San Diego (UCSD) in La Jolla, CA, and his research on Free Arts and Trauma at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA. Major psychological research interest include military, veterans, posttraumatic stress, traumatic brain injury (TBI), trauma, substance abuse, addictions, suicide, men issues, and university counseling.

He is also a martial artist who uses his unique experiences and perspective, to help guide his clients to a balanced mind, body, and spirit utilizing an IFS approach. He specializes in processing trauma and helping clients integrate their experiences in a healthy way utilizing breathwork and other mindfulness techniques.
Leila Alton

Her approach to therapy is deeply rooted in the belief that the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist is at the heart of the healing process. This is why she works from a Humanistic framework, which is based in the belief that providing unconditional positive regard and empathy to clients cultivates a truly safe environment to look deeply within themselves and rediscover their potential and self-empowerment . Leila also believes that humor is vital to the human experience, and always welcomes and encourages this within her sessions. Leila specializes in working with veterans, young adults, and women through issues such as attachment-trauma, chronic depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and life-changes. Her approach particularly finds benefit in using holistic and eclectic methods and integrating tools such as: meditation, breathwork, shadow/inner-child work, and emotional regulation techniques within her work. Leila believes in walking alongside her clients as they discover their ability to thrive in their authentic self.

His work can be found on productions from Netflix, Colombia Pictures, Sony Pictures, ESPN, and MarVista Entertainment. His favorite part in the filmmaking process is seeing the raw edit of a film for the first time, appreciating the vulnerability of the director’s vision, and putting himself inside the story, wanting to experience first hand, the drama and emotion that makes it whole. Being of Hispanic decent, raised in the United States, and having lived in Europe, he truly believes the future of filmmaking and the continuation of original ideas lays solely on the collaborative effort of a team fueled by diversity.

Elizabeth started her career as a clinical therapist in community mental health providing therapy to children, young adults and families. Currently, she is working with veterans, adults and couples in a private practice setting. Elizabeth is passionate about providing a space for individuals to feel safe as they disentangle some of the most vulnerable parts of their lives.

She has worked extensively with older adults suffering from cognitive dysfunction and young children who have experienced interpersonal violence. Angela is a mother, avid traveler, and passionate environmentalist.
